Getting Paid

The Referral ID on my web site does not match my affiliate account. What do I do?
Chances are, you either found us through one of our affiliates or through a directory. When you clicked on the link, Health Converter placed a cookie on your computer so the affiliate that referred you would get credit for the sale or sign up. When you signed up as an affiliate and started marketing your own links, chances are, this cookie is still on your computer and their code is showing up on your website instead of yours. If the referral ID on your website does not match your affiliate account, you need to clear your cookies and cache on some browsers such as Firefox. You currently have a cookie on your computer from another affiliate and this is why you are not seeing your referral ID.

I looked at the price of the product and my payout doesn't add up to 50%. What gives?
Health Converter sends out discount email offers to your current customers. You will see these orders come into your stats as "Newsletter". These email offers almost always come with a discount coupon. We also give a 20% discount coupon to customers that abandon the shopping cart system in an attempt to recover the sale. As always, you will still be making at least 50% of the sale, whatever the price is on checkout.

How can I host a Branded Web site on My Server?
You can use the code from our websites you choose to promote and recreate the site on your server. All you need to do is contact us for the files. Your server must be able to run ASP. If you server does not run ASP feel free to discuss our free hosting plans with us by sending an email to affiliates@healthconverter.com.

How do I become a Super Affiliate and make 60% per sale?
If you are doing more than 20 sales a day, contact our affiliate department at affiliates@HealthConverter.com and one of our representatives will review your account and increase your payout's.

Do your web sites have cookies? Yes.
All of our web sites collect cookies from your referred customers computer. If a customer decides to leave the web site and come back one month from now to buy you still get the credit! Each cookie is good for 60 Days.

Will I get credit if a customer orders by Phone, Mail, Fax, Check?
Yes. All of our order options will follow with your affiliate code including phone orders with a reference code so you get credit for all payment options your customer decides to use.

Do I get credit for re-orders? How much?
Yes. When a sale comes in with your affiliate code and the customer comes back to re-order, you will get full credit for the sale. Re-Orders are paid the same commission as an initial sale...50%. All auto recurring customers are paid on the initial sale only due to the high number of charge backs and returns on this type of customer.

Do you allow affiliates to market house offers on EBay or Amazon?
Yes.

What Countries do you ship to?
Depending on the offer, we ship to USA and International. Some offers are exclusively USA, others are exclusively international, while some are both..

Can I use email as a marketing medium?
If you have a company or personal double opt in list and are interested in sending one of our offers, please review our suppression list prior to launching the email campaign. Any affiliate caught spamming Health Converter offers will have their account closed IMMEDIATELY & INDEFINITELY.

I see a link for HealthConverter.com on the bottom of the website I am promoting. Am I getting credit?
Yes. Your affiliate ID is being tracked by our hidden affiliate link technology and you are getting the credit for all sales and sign ups.

Can I use Go-Daddy masking with Health Converter Websites?
Health Converter does support Go-Daddy masking. We also offer hosting to select affiliates. To host a Health Converter website using your domain name, you must download and implement our "Branded Stores". We also have free hosting available for select Health Converter affiliates (Hosting is provided free and is for experienced webmasters only. No Support is provided for our free hosting )

How much does it cost to become a Health Converter Partner?
Health Converter offers its Partners open enrollment, so it is absolutely FREE for you to sign up and begin generating revenue for your site.

Who can become a Health Converter Partner?
Anyone over 18 years of age is welcome as a Health Converter Partner. Please read the terms and conditions for more information.

What can I promote as a Health Converter Partner?
As a Health Converter Partner, you can promote all of our popular OTC drug and dietary supplement websites. Watch the money roll in as our high-conversion sites bring in sales faster than you can imagine.

What if I have more than one site?
You can place Health Converters’s links and/or banners on as many of your pages as you wish. It's up to you!

What are my responsibilities as a Health Converter Partner?
Your primary responsibility is to keep in touch! You should also be sure to read and adhere to the Health Converter terms. Check your email often, and check the Health Converter News Archive for program updates, announcements, and the latest ads and tools for your site. Let us help you make money!

Is Health Converter open to international webmasters?
Yes, Health Converter accepts Partners from many countries outside the U.S. However, there are some countries that we currently are unable to accommodate. Please see the terms and conditions (Section 1.3) for the full list of countries.

Also, please note that commission checks are always paid in U.S. dollars.

How does Health Converter Partners Programs work?
Health Converter is a webmaster service that pays you for promoting the best online sites via your own web site. Health Converter is a CPA (Cost Per Action)affiliate program; you as a webmaster earn commissions based on transactions that are initiated by visitors who move through the ads, banners, or links on your site. Transactions include purchase of any item from Health Converter’s product line.

Do I get credit for the sales that come through the newsletter sign up form on my site?
Yes. We track your affiliate ID along with the newsletter sign up and you will receive credit for the sales for the life of the customer.

Why have you requested my Social Security or Tax ID #?
You are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number upon payment. Health Converter will register a 1099 for all U.S. domestic entities or a 1042-s for all foreign entities to whom we issue combined yearly payments of $600.00 or more.

How do I change my account information?
You can make changes to your Health Converter account by logging in to your account via the HealthConverter.com and then clicking the "My Account" button. From there you simply click on "User Information - edit." If you need to change the Social Security Number, Tax ID, or check payable name on your account, due to IRS regulations, you must sign up for a new account.

What if I forget my password?
Please click on your "Forgot Password?" link on http://caproxen.hasoffers.com. Our system will automatically email it to you. If you've forgotten the email address you used when signing up for your account, please call us at 1-800-221-3890 or email us at affiliates@healthconverter.com.

How much will I be paid?
You will be paid the specified CPA on the offer page for each sale placed with your referral code or branded store.

Plus, you earn 5% of all commissions earned by any webmaster accounts you refer as a Health Conveter Partner.

How and when will I be paid?
Get paid for your hard work right now. Commission Checks are sent twice a month on the 1st and 16th with a $40 minimum. The House offer sales you generate from the 1st - 15th get paid on the 1st of the following month. The sales you generate from the 16th - 31st get paid on the 16th of the following month. Therefore, there is a two week accounting period before you receive your payout. Network offers have a 4 week accounting period.

If you have money due and it has not been received, chances are you have not met the minimum payout or you changed your address in your Health Converter account during our accounting period. After you change your address in your Health Converter account please send us an email at Customer Service letting us know.

You may also want to double-check the address information listed under your account. To do so, log in to your Stats page and then click the "Account" button to update your information.
